Welcome to the web site for "Rabbit, Moon: A Year At Calla Station". This is my effort for 2007 National Novel Writing Month. I am pretty much entering this without edits, so be aware this is the rough draft.

"Rabbit, Moon" tells the story of Aran Kwahyentah, a crew member on a deep space supply ship, delivering yearly supplies to far-flung 'lighthouse' stations. Lighthouse stations serve to guide ships through dangerous routes, acting as a beacon, and monitoring the activity and dangers along the route. Two days before reaching the last station on the route, Aran's ship has a catastrophic collision. Aran is rescued by the family that staffs the station, but he is stranded there.

As all of my novels go, I have a fair idea of what happens through about chapter 2 or so, and a vague idea of the rest. Don't blame me if the plot goes off on a tangent. That's Aran's fault.

I would like to point out that Tripod is crappy at saving italicized words properly. I try and make sure everything in the original version that is in italics stays that way once it gets here, but it's a drag to do and sometimes I blow it off.
